Options:

My Lexmark 730 series printer won't print?

  • It's plugged in, the lights are on, it shows up on the list of printers for my computer, but whenever I try to print, I get "An error has occurred on the script for this page, Line 1829, Char 1, unspecified error"
    I have a Compaq Presario PC with vista home premium.


  • May make a difference what you are trying to print from - e.g. word, internet explorer etc

    First steps would be to uninstall the printer (delete files if computer asks). Then reinstall with fresh driver from the CD that came with the printer or with a newer version from the Lexxmark website.
